My Firefox program completely crashed and would not restart. I had error messages like " couldn't load XPCOM" and "entry point not found", and "awake time". Reinstalled new Firefox version. At some point it asked for a new password and I put in a new password. Then it asked for encryption key. I entered it and it said invalid. Can I sign in with the old password and use the encryption key that I know is correct? Or change the password back to the prior password? Otherwise how can I get to my profile to recover bookmarks and other info? Please provide step by step instructions. Thanks-- Peter M.
