I use Mozilla Firefox web browser. I cannot access my webmail with GCI. I also cannot send emails using Mozilla Thunderbird. This just started a few days ago.

Did you verify that their POP3/IMAP configuration didn't change since you stated Thunderbird doesn't work would mean your ISP changed something to prevent connection to their email.
