A company I'm a vendor for won't let my emails go through. They did at first and now something is stopping them. Checked with their IT dept. Waiting to hear back

I mean you did not ask for any help or describe any problem, other than a possible problem with vendor's server that their IT department is investigating.

What problem? You have described nothing, other than stating a company won't let your emails go through and that you're working with their IT department.
Can you send a plain text message with no remote-hosted images or a signature?
