Since the last update opening firefox causes windows to crash
Installed latest update since then when I open firefox windows hangs tried safe-mode and refresh firefox
nothing helps
firefox is unusable now

I Have to run FF the first time in safe mode then shut down and restart
IF I DONT MY SYSTEM WHITE SCREENS
A REFRESH DID NOT WORK.

What security software are you running? What version for Firefox? I'm on Win7 a have no issues with Firefox. see screenshot
