Primary password will not work after reload

I deleted Firefox from my computer and then reloaded it and the primary password comes up but it will not accept my password and I need to know how to start fresh. As it stands it won't let me into anything

I don't know exactly what you did or what you mean by "the primary password comes up".

If you merely removed the software, your old profile should remain. I notice that you have a weird user agent with "Herring/98.1.5200.1" appended.

Did you download Firefox from the Mozilla server ?
