I would like replies to my emails to go to a different mailbox, but TB will not allow that, and displays the following warning. My neighbor has the same version of TB as me (and also frontier.com) and is able to do what I want. What could be the reason?

Thanks for your suggestion. I followed the steps in the post you linked. But I am not getting the verify request. Could it be that the latest version 68.9.0 doesn't have this facility?

As I understand the procedure, it is carried out in webmail settings, and when you receive the verification email, you are directed to a web page to complete the process. None of this requires any special property of TB, except the ability to launch the browser from links in a message. It should work independently of mail clients if the verification message is read through webmail.
