Добрый день. Две недели периодически возникает проблема, после отправки сообщения программа "падает". В чём может быть проблема и как её устранить. Используем по более года, раньше такой проблемы на наблюдалось.

Can you post the latest crash report URLs? Help/Troubleshooting, Crash Reports. Run Windows in safe mode to test if a startup app, such as security/antivirus, a common cause of crashes, is the source of the problem.
