How to recovery loss folders/emails using thunderbird iMac see email sent to support team

Mr Toad-Hall Sept 14 2019 at 12:42 am provided solution to above issue. Excellent instructions. However when I open folders as instructed no email were in folders I did have 2 older folders from past POP account
