after latest update, i have really annoying sound issues and playback issues
how do i fix this, after the latest update i have sound interferance wierd little clicking noises, and while playing a video on any website, the sound will go out of sync making the video almost unwatchable
really gets annoying
ive just updated all my drivers and still doesnt help im also running latest windows 10 home on an hp beats laptop

You say you updated all your drivers but your Video card info for your AMD Radeon(TM) R6 Graphics shows driver date of driverDate: 8-10-2015 Please check https://support.amd.com/en-us/download use Auto Detect if have to. There is a lot of errors showing so if nothing new get what drivers you can and install them. This is possibly the issue also as might be HTML5 audio so .......
Suggest dump Adblock, keep uBlock as they perform much the same and from the same lists, install Ghostery as works a little different and HTTPEverywhere.

If issue is not there in safe mode possible Extension issue.

i tried your sugjestions and seemed to help but now cpu is over 1000 mbs while watching a vid so likes to hang and freeze after awhile firefox sits at 750mb, at an idle as far as when i said i updated all my drivers, i used driver booster free and did update as much as i could before they tried to sell me there product as well so im not sure what else could be out of date
