How do I fix this problem? TB hangs because this script stops responding, "chrome://msktbird/content/mail_3.js:566" (McAfee addon installed)

Richard - presumably both Thunderbird and McAfee has updated in the past two months.
So do you still experience this problem if you re-enable the addon? We'd like to know - so we'd be grateful if you can test and reply.
Hi Wayne. I re-enabled the script as you suggested and when I restarted TB it seemed okay. That was yesterday. This morning when I started my computer and opened TB the script hung like before. I have unenabled the script.
