Message crashes when I try to add an attachment. If I attach the document and send it right away, it goes OK. If I take a little time to finish writing the email before sending, it hangs. I have found some advice that I should change temporary directory settings but no advice was given on where to find this, what to do when I do find it or what to do to avoid this error message from repeatedly occurring. I did find a forum discussion on the same topic but it was simply 9 pages of people expressing that they have had the same problem, no resolutions. Any suggestions on what is causing email to crash when attaching documents and how to resolve it?
