I stopped getting messages after moving my website domain to Wix from GoDaddy.
I purchased a new domain through GoDaddy and set up my email with that domain in Office 365. I then setup my email in Thunderbird. Today, I logged into Wix, where I have a site built, and went through the process of connecting the domain to their servers. Once I did that, I stopped receiving messages through this email, both in Thunderbird on my desktop as well as through OWA on my Android phone. Obviously something about moving the domain to Wix broke it. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? The email I'm transitioning from, tied to my old domain, is expiring shortly so I need to get this one back up and running.

To find out your server URLs for the IMAP and SMTP service you can go to the Office365 website (usually something like https://www.outlook.com/<DOMAIN NAME>.onmicrosoft.com) and check the OWA options. You should see a link Settings for POP, IMAP, and SMTP access.

There are some who say use server name for incoming and outgoing : outlook.office365.com
