So they appear in different groups, but pinned tabs, despite which group they are pinned in are visible in all groups.

no, I just want them to keep on their groups, not on other group

I am not sure if this is by design, but it works this way. I would encourage you to file a bug in mozilla's bugzilla site for some feature suggestions :-)
