Hello, I think I may have asked about this in the past but cannot recall if I received an answer. Under Settings, I get the message "Your browser is being managed by your organization." This is my home computer and is not being managed by any organization. When I click for more information, it gives me a screen with the following information:
Policy Name Certificates
Policy Value ImportEnterpriseRoots
true
If I could get more information on this suspected error, or how to correct it, that would be great. Thanks!

Other people have asked this question and Mozilla Firefox company has not made any attempt to answer these serious questions. If I do not hear back from Mozilla Firefox within a week I might remove Mozilla Firefox and use another company.

I demand an explanation and refund to my paypal account, which automatically takes it out of my bank account, IMMEDIATELY!!! I do not tolerate any fraud such as this!!!

Hi, I want a website (Protonmail, my email client) to store persistent data. I have enabled it, but I also have all my browser security settings on Strict (also clearing browse data and cookies on each closing of the browser), so now when I have downloaded the data and I close and reopen my browser: it's all gone. I tried looking at making Protonmail an Exception, but that's only possible in relation to Tracking Protection. How to fix this?

The server settings are identical for both Thunderbird and Outlook - imap with STARTTLS and port 993 and smtp with STARTTLS and port 587. When Thunderbird is unable to send an email, I get a balloon that indicates that the smtp server cannot recognize my email address, which is [email removed]@cox.net.

I'm communicating with some colleagues using S/MIME encrypted messages. I have already imported all the necessary licenses, and all licenses are valid until 2034. I can receive and read all the encrypted messages they sent me, but every time I try to reply or send them (the same people) encrypted messages, the error pops up saying 'End-to-end encryption requires resolving certificate issues'. I already checked all the licenses but couldn't find any issues. Can you suggest some ways to resolve it? Thank you!
