I can sign in with my Mozilla account as it asks me to do but the VPN does not activate. I am not sure what I am doing wrong.

Any assistance is greatly appreciateed

I'm in the USA and I'm trying to connect to the Australia VPN. It's not working. It shows my IP location as Los Angelos or Chicago. Other countries are working for example New Zealand will show my IP in Aukland. Is the Australia network not working?

I'm proud to have been a Firefox user for over 20 years, and I've always managed to overcome any obstacles I've encountered.

My only request is that you allow the built-in browser VPN to be activated on desktop computers in Egypt.

I'm trying to use the VPN, when I press the "get started" button in the toolbar for the VNP it tells me to log in. When i do it says "you are logged in" "turn on the VPN button in the toolbar to access the function. but when i try i get sendt back in an endless loop to the "get started page again". As I understand it's in Beta but my region (Sweden) should be supported.

I don't see firefox vpn icon on my toolbar I'm logged into my account I have version 154.0.1 I don't see the option in Customize Toolbar to add it to the toolbar I've turned on, Allow Firefox to improve features, performance, and stability between updates I've signed out and back in I've rebooted my computer I've turned off my Webroot Security Software

So, when I click on the VPN it has a button marked "Get Started", when I click on it it takes me to a page to sign in to my Mozilla account. When I sign into the account, it pops open the VPN box again and tells me I can now turn it on.

The problem is when the VPN box opens again it just gives me the 'Get Started' button again and it just loops back around to asking me to sign into my Mozilla account.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have noticed in the last month or so a new phenomenon. I regularly need to access such platforms as Microsoft Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics. Previously with my FireFox VPN turned on I had no issues. Now I cannot access these sites unless I turn off the VPN. I think there was a FireFox update not long ago. Should I be experiencing this issue or is there a resolution to this problem?

I installed the Firefox VPN and it worked fine for a week or two. Now, the VPN icon opens a box with a 'Get Started' link. Open that, then sign into Mozilla by hitting 'continue' and the Get Started link reappears and opens a new page with 'continue' , over and over. It seems stuck in a loop. Very frustrating.

Good morning! I am wondering how to completely remove the new VPN from Firefox. I have been a Firefox user for decades and have bragged about it during that time. However, my frustration level is through the roof since the new VPN attachment has entered my website experience. I am constantly needing to turn the VPN either on or off. I have even begun using a different browser because it is so time consuming to use my favorite Firefox anymore. Can someone please help me to remove the VPN completely off?

I have the VPN symbol in the upper right corner of my computer screen and have activated several times in the past when the circle turned green. The inactive form is still there, but it will not turn green when the pointer of my mouse is on it? What is wrong?

Hello, The inbuild VPN feature does not show up/ can't find it. (Image attached) I already followed all the steps in this guide https://mzl.la/4wHaR5u (didn't help). And i checked if the Feature is availlable in my region (Germany). I simply dont know what else i could try. Thanks in advance,

I was using the Built-in VPN until a few days ago when the service suddenly became unavailable in Iran. It is surprising to see access to the application has been revoked in a country where it is most needed due to massive state-imposed filtering. I believe it is only fair to reconsider this policy and provide the Iranian users with as much help as possible so that they can access the global internet network.

I would like to watch Chinese language programs on Singapore TV. For example: https://www.mewatch.sg/watch/Story-Of-Kunning-Palace-E1-796202. I always get the message: Sorry, something went wrong We were unable to load the programme, please try again. I think the VPN should allow me to watch programs on Singapore television.
