When I got Firefox, I had a Win 10 computer. I was able to use Win 11 for several years. Why cannot I have Win 11 instead of Win 10 and its nagging? I asked for the most recent software, which was provided, but it is still for Win 10. Your website said to go to Microsoft if I got it that way instead of Mozilla. That was years ago, and I don't remember which way I first got it. Microsoft just referred me back to Mozilla. I tried to find something in my profile that I could change, but I didn't see that there.

I am currently testing the new VPN feature in Firefox. I Is noticed that Firefox always starts with this integrated VPN being off. I searched but I didn't find any way to have it always on when launching VPN. Is that possible?

Using the Firefox browser, I tried to copy an image and wasn't able to do so. Then I copied an image using another browser and wasn't able to paste it into a Facebook post on Firefox. Please tell me how to fix this. I can't copy/paste text either. Could the problem be my Mozilla VPN?

Just recently when my main yahoo page comes up it goes blank within a few seconds. It's ok if I bring up Firefox in troubleshooting mode. I constantly have to refresh to get the page back.

I'm on a private home network with an internet connection. When I try to use Firefox it displays a message saying "You must log in to this network before you can access the internet".

Many websites, e.g. Amazon, won't load and an 'Open network login page' button is shown. When I click this it takes me to a Mozilla page talking about Captive Portal, but there's nothing about how to stop this happening and access those websites.

Other browsers, e.g. MS Edge, or Brave, have no problem access these websites.

How do I fix this problem?

need to be able to download my old sites. and stop getting error 522 can not connect to some sites due to not secure anymore... help need to watch some movie sites.. Jose

I was randomly signed out of FireFox this morning. When trying to sign back in, it asked for the 6 digit code from my authenticator app. I looked on every authenticator app I have and don't see a mozilla or firefox account. I only have 4 backup authenticator codes left. How do I find the code in the authenticator app and which app would it be? Also, How do I get more backup codes? If I am unable to sign in to FireFox in the future because I don't have the correct authenticator app or enough backup codes, it would be painfully devastating for myself and my work. I don't want to ever be in that situation. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have just downloaded Mozilla to my new laptop. I have Mozilla on my old laptop.  Can all my bookmarks be synchronized with the download to my new laptop.
