I have tried to follow various help files, but can't recover any bookmarks. Everything bookmark related seems to have completely disappeared. I have the current bookmarks backup from my laptop, but when i go to the bookmark library and click on "import bookmarks from HTML" nothing happens. I am on an iMac OS 12.7.3, Firefox 150.02

When I search for something it shows up in English, but some text under the result is French as shown in the picture. I use latest Firefox with Google search engine, and I have all settings in Google set to English, And same for Firefox settings

Hello, The Firefox search engine needs serious help. Your AI result doesn't even come close to Google, ChatGPT or Copilot. I often ask a question only to get an unhelpful answer and have to go to google to get a real answer. How come Firefox hasn't gotten on board with this yet? It's time!! - Nelson

My Firefox 150.0.3 (64-bit) in Windows 11 on a Dell 9310 locks up when the XPS is put sleep and awakened after 5-minutes or so. No recent Extensions or Add-ons have been installed. I have yet to delete and reinstall Firefox, maybe that's the next stop. I just can't find the problem with my limited tools and experience. Thanks, and appreciate the help.

The Roboform extension does not work :-( This has been going on for 2-3 months now.... It keeps telling me the extension is installed (which it is) but not enabled (which it IS) Thank you

Love Firefox by the way... So, autocomplete in the search bar is often helpful, don't get me wrong, but it redefines the delete/backspace key to be context-sensitive. Now, sometimes it does what I expect and backs up one, erasing the character I just typed. However when autocomplete ghost text is present, that same key removes the ghost text only, leaving the character I'm intending to remove. This is enormously inconvenient as I now must watch to see what autocomplete is doing and adjust my behavior to comply. Were I designing I would not make the delete key dual purpose context sensitive, instead I would do both at the same time! Delete what I just typed and remove the ghost text. Safari started this, I complained and of course got no response. Subsequently I noticed the same behavior in Firefox. My suggestion, request, is that search delete key behavior not be decided for me. Either make this Safari behavior a settings option, by default is OK, so that I can choose, or (my preference) delete both ghost and previous character with a single keystroke! Issue persists on Incognito Mode and it goes away if I use different browser.

Since 2 days issue like this happened and it is retroactive meaning all previous conversations are also blank, all replies of chatgpt are blank except replies with image generation, those are fine.

Before you recommend me to do something please keep in mind that Incognito itself does not help.

It's very tricky the clone a FF profile, so I want to avoid that. (If there is a SIMPLE way to clone a FF profile, that would suffice. I have found no such animal.)

I'm an 81 yr old white male. I've chosen Firefox as my browser for 2 reasons. I feel that it keeps me relatively safe, and I enjoy the stories you choose for the home page. The problem is that over the years,, many stories on the homepage require the reader to subscribe to the story's source in order to read it.

For a man my age, that's nuts.....subscribe just to read that one story.....not gonna do it. Consequently, I've had to look elsewhere that which I wish to read. I recommend that you research other periodicals that might allow reading without the required subscription.

1. Trying to open E-Bay with an icon presented in Firefox for E-Pay, or searching Google for 'E-Bay Login', in Firefox, Edge, and Chrome this msg occurs. 2. If I can sign on, when opening searchers from a folder the searches:

	A. Some searches have the words, and show items for sale, but the rest have the access denied msg where the search words should appear.

2. If E-Bay will open, sometimes all searches will load ALL with the search words visible in all tabs, but when click on a link for an item to sell, the access denied msg occurs. Sometimes a few searches will load with the name of the search in the tab, but other searches will load with the will load with the words access denied, and the mas when clicked. 3. Some website like Arkaim of some such issued this msg: Your IPv4 Address 104.187.9.142 received a bad risk score. 4. IP address changed, and IPv4 changed to  IPv6. Same problem.

Lastly Google AI recommended editing the DNS to Google (8.8.8.8) or Cloudflare (1.1.1.1). Any danger in doing this?
