I wanted to open www.wattpad.com ,but firefox is not reaching the web i request u to resolve this problem as soon as possible

I have been an avid user of the Firefox browser on my PC for over a decade but a few days ago, when I tried to access a website on my Firefox browser, it would not connect me to the website. I have many tabs open in my browser and when I try to access any of the tabs, I get the same problem. There's a dot that moves endlessly back and forward in the tab while the screen remains blank. In the heading next to the website address it says "not secure", but it is saying this for all the websites that I was previously able to access and any new website that I enter. How can I fix this to access websites? I have tried restarting my computer but that has not fixed it.

For the last day or so, Firefox is refusing to resolve any web pages. I have had to write this in Safari, so I can't share the data from Firefox. Sorry.

2017 iMac, OS 13.6.9, Firefox 140.0.4

Firefox ne peut établir de connexion avec le serveur à l’adresse dl.google.com. Firefox cannot establish a connection with the server at dl.google.com.

I just downloaded version 140.0.4 for Mac. Now Firefox will not open any website pages. I added Firefox to the list of allowed apps in my firewall settings but that did not fix the problem. Please help. Thank you.
