I received an email at an email account I don't use for my Mozilla Firefox, thus why seems suspicious and strange to me.

I received an email at an email account I don't use for my Mozilla Firefox, thus why seems suspicious and strange to me.
So I researched it here and saw the answer to another persons same question. I did go and check, I am logged in. Firefox is my primary and I use it constantly. Also on my phone and tablet, same account.
As I write this, I have about 15 tabs open and active. The email associated to my account is not the same as the one I got this email at. The email I got it in, I use for solicitation, signing up for things and things I don't trust.
This is what the email stated (same info as what was posted by the other person that got this same post)
I copied and paste vs. Screen shot... so the Mozilla logo didn't show up.
MIND YOU, I HAVE NEVER GONE 2 YEARS WITH NOT BEEN ACTIVE ON FIREFOX. AND I ONLY HAVE ONE ACCOUNT. PLEASE ADVISE --- The email they sent it to is Judi1139@gmail.com
