When I try to down load and save an antivirus device on my computer, I get a message saying that I don't have the permission and/or authority to do this. I think it has something to do with my browser's (https://) that I believe I must have done something to create this, however; I don't know how to undo this. Some of the messages I receive when I try to open site that I normally order things from, I can't now. Please see the statements below that appear when I click on them.
