Hi, Java (not to be confused with Javascript) doesn't work in Firefox from v52. If you really need it, you can use the ESR version of Firefox. More - Why do Java, Silverlight, Adobe Acrobat and other plugins no longer work?

If your question is resolved by this or another answer, please take a minute to let us know. Thank you!

Hi   !

As you seem to be running the latest ESR version of Firefox, maybe you could check to see if you are running the latest version of Java as well :

Separate issue : Your system details show an old version of Flash, which can cause problems.

You can update to the latest version :

Flash Player Version: 26.0.0.137 https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Note: Other software is offered in the download.

You currently use a 64-bit Firefox version according to the user agent (Win64 instead of WOW64).

You need to use the 32 bit Firefox version if you want to use plugins other than Flash and Silverlight.
