You installed without my permission the Microsoft web app. That is spyware that has cost you this user. I will uninstall Firefox, tell everyone I know what you 'security-minded' liars are really doing to us. I belong to a gaming club with hundreds of members and by tonight they will all know not to trust Firefox. You really have some nerve teaming up with that nasty organization. Before this day is out all my contacts on all my social media sites will know what you are doing. I have a $3,000 rig that you jeopardized.

I cannot get into my Paypal account because Mozilla Firefox is asking me to set up a passkey. I press Continue and it tells me to enter a PIN. I don't have a PIN set up that I know of. If I try one, it is wrong and says I have tried too many times. When I go to the Settings where I should set something up with Window Hello, it says it is not available. I just want to log into my Paypal account like I used to. How can I bypass all this stuff?

When trying to sign up and choosing "English", the page responded: "Select a valid choice. en is not one of the available choices." Isn't that ridiculous? Even so, you knew it's "en" after getting the choice as "English" and still refuses to let me in? I can't believe Firefox can do this! The attached image says it all!

So, i'm trying to use VsCode and firefox in conjunction to file away some info, but for some reason, the ability to split the screen easily is gone. It is still there on my laptop with firefox, so i'm not sure why it is missing on my pc, especially since the pc is the newer version of firefox. See attached image for what i mean by easily split my screen.

Repeatedly asking you: how to get rid of Bing. Don't know how this became my default search engine. "manage search engines" does not even provide a toggle to add Firefox/Mozilla. Pressing on Bing toggle does not remove Bing.

I am having terrible problems with my Outlook email account and want to create a gmail account. After I create my User name and password I am asked to verify a QR Code. One must have a Smart phone to verify it and I only have a plip phone which does not work.

I was told that if I went to your browser and opened a private or incognito internet window and went to the google Account sign in page I could skip the verification code and continue with creating the gmail account.

Can you help me?.

A "Cloud' swept over my computer and erased all of my data and fire-fox operating system and and operating system. I think all of data is still in my computer but, I can not retrieve it. My banking information was left intacked but all of the accounts were erased.

as of yesterday tuesday July 14th I am not able to play the trivia game: I'm getting a message to prove I'm human, when I click I get an allow message....then I keep getting the same page I can not access the game any longer.

I download my share of media using BitTorrent with Pirate Bay. Just lately, every time I attempt to download something I get redirected to a page, https://ultimatesurferprotector.com/lp5.php, that tries to sell me a VPN and I can find no way to stop this or contact them. I am happy with the VPN I have and have no interest in purchasing another. Does anyone know how I can prevent this from happening? Thank you.

I just spent a considerable amount of time replying to a answer to a question I that I also have. I added a screenshot and all. To post it I clicked the Post Reply but where did it go? I cant see it so have no idea if the intended has viewed it or not Any ideas please.

So I had Mozilla account with Syncing Enabled before I reinstall windows (I had only Zen browser on my pc), and after reinstalling windows I downloaded Zen and got in my account, but after pressing syncing there is no passwords, no history, no bookmarks, literally no data that I had before, does that mean I lost all my data?

Hi... I have switched from Google to Thunderbird and am using my old Gmail address: viewegm11@gmail.com on Thunderbird with not problem. Before moving over, I imported all of the email files over to Thunderbird...(old emails and the like).

Now Gmail has sent me a notice saying that I have no more space on the Google server and that I soon won't be able to send or receive emails via Google. Does this apply to Google only or to Thunderbird, as well?

In sum: I no longer log into Gmail or Chrome at all... I am using Thunderbird ONLY to Send and Receive emails at: viewegm11@gmail.com [on Thunderbird].

So the Question arises: Does the warning from Google that tells me That I won't be able to use Gmail anymore apply to my use of the viewegm11@gmail.com address over here on Thunderbird? Or am I safe in choosing to continue using my original Gmail address on Thunderbird...in spite of the warning from Google.

Please let me know your thoughts.
