www.russellmoccasin.com won't load properly on any browser on my macbook pro running Mac OS 15.7.3. I don't have any browser extensions running, I've cleared my browser history, cookies, and cache. Still won't work. When I disabled javascript on safari and firefox, the website loaded perfectly. But I have to have JS running to use almost every other website on the internet, so what gives??

Firefox crashes all the time. Sometimes it makes me manually shut it down with a one-click dialogue box. Other times, it's a two click dialogue box where I click "close firefox" and then have to click again to close the box. This doesn't seem to change performance, but it's a bother. Is there a way for me to fix this?

It seems to me that recovery from backup only allows one to recover ALL bookmarks. But maybe one wants to recover only one folder, or only a few folders. Can that be done? If so, how?

Everytime i try to go on YouTube and click on a video, it says that "that specific content is unavailable", with every single video i try to watch. i tried using a different browser, like Chrome, and this doesn't happen with those videos, only with Firefox. I also tried switching search engines, but it seems as if it still doesn't work.

Today following a brief power outage I was no longer able to sign in to AOL with Firefox on my desktop computer. I am able to sign in to all other apps with no problem. I tried clearing my cache, restarted Firefox, restarted my computer and spent 30 minutes on remote desktop access assistance with AOL trying to fix the problem with no success. I can log in to my account using Chrome on the desktop computer and can log in with no problem using my Android phone but can't log in using my desktop computer with Firefox. I've verified that my Firefox version is updated. I am running Windows 11 Pro.

I would greatly appreciate any helpful advice.

Hi, I am having a problem with the recently introduced Firefox profile system. In the Windows taskbar, different profiles stay grouped under the same icon. The only workaround I found is going into taskbar settings and setting it to 'Never combine,' but that causes every program to show text labels, which looks ugly. I also tried modifying taskbar.grouping.use_profile in about:config, but it didn't solve anything

When I search a topic and a Youtube video appears in the search results it won't connect via the hyperlink to youTube. I doesn't give any message it just doesnt connect.

I had FF set up with a full page of frequently used link icons. When I ran CCleaner, it caused all of them to disappear. I've tried following the links, but have had no success so far. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Weird issue I discovered today is that for whatever reason the LastPass addon in Mozilla Firefox keeps disappearing upon reopening the app and among different computers. So I had it all setup on my MacBook Pro previously working fine but now I found logging into my iMac for LastPass to be missing altogether from my Extensions. I re-installed it. Having had to sign in all over again etc and now when I go to another computer (again logged in with my Firefox account) then the Extension is not there!!!! So damn annoying. What's going on here? Thanks!

I'm trying to setup 2fa on my account. It requires sending a code to my email which I then use to verify. These codes consistently are sent outside of the time window and as a result expired. I've added accounts@firefox.com to my contacts, and I've tried this on firefox desktop and firefox mobile on an iphone, and both produce the same results.

I'm on a gmail account and gmail flags these emails as suspicious despite being added as a contact, which likely means they are poorly formatted. Despite this flag, they are still sent to my inbox when they finally arrive.

This is incredibly frustrating as this is a service provided by basically every company and yet I have never seen it perform this poorly as it has with firefox.

All bookmarks and history lost. Have spent over 2 hours following the steps outlined as a standard treatment for this problem, attributed to another program interfering with Firefox Profiles or bookmarks. Restarts of Firefox and PC failed to restore, Going to Bookmarks>Manage Bookmarks fails because when you get to the Library window for Import or Restore and select profile (I show 3 right now, all tagged as .default), there is no way in the window to accomplish a restore. You can insert a profile in the open window but there is no way to activate the restore function. Likewise when I accessed the list of 15 prior bookmark files I had the same result with the restore window. The instructions do not make any sense to me. Need somebody to contact me directly and walk through problem via phone call.

I restarted my computer and now I cant access anything from my old account. I used my same email account as before. what do I do I lost eveything

Firefox displays some search results in French. Microsoft Edge shows results only in English. Firefox settings are for English. Google settings are for English. How to fix Firefox or should I uninstall, then reinstall Firefox? Rick
