VPN has been working like a charm...today I go in circles...it asks me to sign in...ok...screen says go to open screen and open VPN...I click there but VPN takes me back to the original screen coming up first time today.

Pressing print/pdf button for screenshot then pick the folder destination documents then press save and what it's used for is decrease the size of the screenshot with pinching the screen then retake the screenshot of desired smaller size however for the first time it has an error in documents folder the says "can't open pdf" and then I tried the 3 dot menu in upper right corner to use an app to open it up and I went through all of them and nothing works

After your security fix this morning, I discovered that I can't access my earthlink inbox. I keep getting the login page, and when I try to log in, the login page is all I get. I can, however, access my earthlink inbox on Edge. So I wonder if there was something in your security fix that is creating this problem on Firefox. How to fix this?

I have a new laptop and I am trying to recover my old Firefox data. On my previous laptop, I had Firefox bookmarks, saved passwords, browsing history, and other browser data. None of this information has appeared on my new laptop.

I have also forgotten the password for my Mozilla account. I tried to recover the account, but my bookmarks and other data are still missing.

Could you please explain how I can safely restore my bookmarks and saved login information?

My old laptop is [still available / no longer available]. The new laptop uses [Windows/macOS/Linux].

You did updates this morning which annoys me anyway. You do updates too often and at the wrong time of day. After you did updates, everything, all my bookmarks, etc. are gone. It's a blank screen.

Any search entry gets the following return:

Secure connection failed

an error occurred during he connection to oaik.lindantz.com SSLreceived a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length

error code SSL-eror-rxrecord-tooo-long

etc etc

I lost all bookmarks after running a Firefox update near the end of June. I have not been able to recover them. I believe I deleted my original profile inadvertently so not sure if there is anything I can do to recover them. Suggestions?

Please help. I'm always having ti "delete from history" time and time again and am tired of wasting my time trying and not succeeding to get rid of extra widgets just because I visit a site they show-up and I have no use for them because I already have established widgets that I use on my opening page! this matter is very frustrating.

I am currently revising for professional qualifications and the PDF study manual I am using is extremely large.

I have seen tutors be able to use the document outline on the left sidebar to be able to filter through different chapters.

However, I do not have that option - I only have the option to view page-by-page which is not very helpful.

How can I get the document outline to show a chapter-by-chapter outline?

In Firefox, the close button is only partially clickable and is not accessible on the right side. However, when I hover over it, a square background appears around the button. Could you please take a look?
