Hello,

Almost all of the time, my I experience no issues with firefox. However, any time I try to open google products like google docs and google sheets, I experience a lot of lag. It takes up to a minute for the page to load, but once it does, it functions perfectly fine. I've never experienced this with any other websites. I don't think it is because of the size of the files, because the problem occurs even when opening new documents with no data in them.

My computer ran into an error and restarted and I lost my entire browsing history, bookmarks, extensions, etc. Now I have nothing saved and the only browsing history my computer is showing is when I briefly opened microsoft edge. I regularly used duckduckgo, so most of my data is gone. Is there anything that can be done or is it just gone.

Starting at 148 if a user is using Firefox and attempts to log into our MS RDP Application server using HTML, they can log in, but when they select an application, they get stuck at the loading screen with no progression. If they download the RDP file direct it works fine. It's only when using the HTML RDP website with Firefox.

Things we've tried

• We verified it began with 148.0.
• We've tested on multiple devices across multiple networks with multiple users.
• We've tried fresh installs and we've tried without any add-ons.
• We do have Duo securing that server, but I tested a user under bypass and it went right through.
• All other browsers work fine.

I am use a Phomemo Thermal Label Printer for labels and packing slips. The print preview shows the whole page, but prints only a partial page and small print. Tried all setting but no difference.. See photos

Version 148 is very slow. When there are 5-10 downloads, other websites won't open. That's why I use version 140. And why are there so many files in the folder - ....profile\storage\permanent\chrome

After creating yesterday a new Folder, today is not in the Bookmarks under the Star. Under three bars, Bookmarks, Manage bookmarks it shows there the web pages I put there yesterday. What is going on?

I lost my bookmarks and toolbar and cannot save any new bookmarks. I found the backup for the bookmarks but I am unable to restore. I also cannot find my profile file either. What can I do?

The latest Firefox update installed itself upon opening Firefox. It did not include my personalization. Specifically: - The color scheme was changed to from white to purple making the screens hard to read. - The right side window that had my bookmarks sorted into folders has disappeared. So, how do I get my color scheme and book marks menu back?

When trying to set Firefox to open a file on Windows 11, it is overwritten by Firefox Nightly. I have both branches installed.

This is how it goes when attempting to set Firefox as a default application in my machine:

1. "Apps > Default Apps"
2. .mp4 (for example)
3. click the button below that displays the current default application
4. Firefox Nightly appears in this menu
5. "Choose an app on your PC"
6. "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox" ... "firefox.exe" ... "Open"
7. Firefox Nightly remains in this menu

I cannot get Firefox to appear as an available app in this menu. The only workaround, although inconvenient, is to drag and drop files straight into Firefox.

I already have Firefox on my laptop and via Mozilla I was asked again to install Firefox. Furthermore I always got the question that I should use it as standard browser. I have no idea what else should I do in that case. If I would install again Firefox, I will lose all the paid apps which run already on the current version. So I am really very confused about the characteristics of this Firefox installation and the strange requests by Mozilla to install Firefox.

I would be delighted if you could me support with checks to find out about the nature of the current Firefox installation or a simple de- and reinstallation instruction of Firefox (and keeping the paid apps like Ad Blocker...).
