Just paste chrome://global/skin/icons/defaultFavicon.svg in the address bar, you'll find it.
Why would you need to find this specific path to change favicon??

I'm trying to change this icon.
No, you can't change this icon, it's in signed archive. You can only override the path, using userChrome.css file.
