With regular tabs it only states " The proxy server is refusing connections

An error occurred during a connection to www.google.com.

   Check the proxy settings to make sure that they are correct.
   Contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working."

and on private tabs/other browsers it makes connection already have no proxy enabled

You appear to have several VPN extensions installed with two enabled

{name: Urban VPN proxy, type: extension, version: 3.12.3, isActive: TRUE, id: {fca67f41-776b-438a-9382-662171858615}}
{name: ZenMate Free VPN – Best VPN, type: extension, version: 9.0.1, isActive: TRUE, id: firefox-webext@zenmate.com}

Those extensions may not have been set to run in PB mode what would explain this, see:

Start Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration or if userChrome.css/userContent.css is causing the problem.

  • switch to the Default System theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Themes
  • do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Troubleshoot Mode start window
