ics files
I'm using version 68.10.0 Thunderbird 64 bit. I can no longer open an ics extension in received mail. I have to save it and then open it under Windows. Prior to upgrading to ver 68, I had no problem. I went into the options>attachments menu and it doesn't even have a means of adding a file extension.
I have experience with these things since I've been playing with computers for about 40 years.
Please tell me it's something obvious that I missed.
Thanks, guys.

do you have the lighting extension installed? it offers a UI for managing ICS files and they then do not show up in the mail as an attachment.
