Currently there is an issue with [[Watch DRM content on Firefox|DRM media playback]] in all versions of Desktop Firefox running on ARM based Windows devices. This issue prevents users from viewing content on popular streaming sites like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and Disney+. This issue was discovered December 2022 and is currently under investigation by Mozilla engineering teams. The problem was introduced in a recent Widevine CDM update shipped December 1st, 2022. This issue appears to be addressed through a recent Windows 11 update. Windows 10 is still impacted.
