Initially used my phone camera to sync, then tried to find where to scan within the app. Have now lost app function and can’t find where to scan in order to sync after updating my email address.

I'm using Mozilla Flatpak 158.0.1 on Bazzite. My user profile is stored in a non-standard path that I granted access to Firefox with Flatseal.

Everything works fine, I can even access the synchronized tabs from my other computers using the "Show tabs from other devices" menu button, but for some reason the very same functionality in the side-panel is broken (see screenshot).

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I have no idea why.

I have logged in my firefox account from several months and my sync also on. Now I reset my PC and reinstall the firefox and also logged in with same account, but I can's recover the synced bookmarks and history. Please help me as soon as possible.

The passwords of hundreds of emails with their passwords across various websites for my account are not showing up in mozilla Firefox android I have tried synchronising on this Xiaomi device and one other Xiaomi android, my account has ticked the options for saving my data on the app and website since I started using Firefox due to privacy concerns a few years back...I cannot access on other browser Chrome when logging into my account via website either. I deleted 30 or so emails when I was on my Samsung android tablet because I was unable to print or save them all as a file from the app there, but I was able to view them.

How can I access my mozilla account passwords for this email in the password manager? Since only Firefox password was left...

Had to change primary email to regain access (can't remember if I had to add or just swap primary and secondary) So I was able to restore bookmarks from a cloud copy backup. But now I can't login using the old primary email profile to sync passwords. Logging in says 'Must use primary email' but it doesn't have any passwords

Should I back up locally then swap primary email or is there another way?

Not sure if this extension is deprecated (last update was 6 years ago (Sep 17, 2020) 🤦🏽♂) but I wanted to know if this official extension is supposed to have sync support. Notepad is a simple little tool that is very valuable for its "basicness" (like stickies on mac, or note pads on windows). While the extension works locally, it seems not to be included in the suite of sync options currently offered under settings. At the moment, any notes taken on various computers using the same profile do not sync.

Recently I am facing this weird issue where every time I open FireFox, all my previous tabs are gone and it starts with a fresh window.

This happens even after the Account Syncing is turned ON under "Accounts And Sync" and "Open previous windows and tabs" is checked under the "Home and Startup" settings.

Hope someone can help me out as it is very frustrating to open the same tabs again and again!

System: Windows 10/11 x64, Firefox 158.0

Issue: I cannot sync my bookmarks. The sync log shows that the Firefox Accounts API works fine (api.accounts.firefox.com returns 200), but the request to the Sync token server times out.

Error in log: GET https://token.services.mozilla.com/1.0/sync/1.5 failed: 2152398862 - NS_ERROR_NET_TIMEOUT TokenServerClientNetworkError Status.login: error.login.reason.network

What I need help with: Could this be caused by a firewall, proxy, or VPN blocking token.services.mozilla.com? What domains/ports should I whitelist for Firefox Sync to work properly? How can I test connectivity to the token server from Windows? Any help is appreciated.

Sync log shows that Firefox account profile login succeeds, but sync token request fails. Log snippet: Sync.Status DEBUG Status.login: error.login.reason.network => success.status_ok Sync.Status DEBUG Status.service: error.login.failed => error.login.failed

It can get cached OAuth token and request profile from profile.accounts.firefox.com successfully, but failed when requesting sync token from https://token.services.mozilla.com/1.0/sync/1.5 Browser UI shows I am logged into Mozilla account normally, but sync service cannot start.

Need help please to fix this problem: Firefox does not open QR codes on my iPhone. On my phone, the toggle for Scan QR codes is turned on. I open the camera on my phone, point it to a QR code on my laptop screen, Firefox on my phone opens in a new screen -- but nothing happens. What is missing? Thanks for helping me.

i have 4 computers and 1 Apple phone that all have Firefox installed. I used to be able to sync all of them with no problem but now it seems it has become extremely difficult and I can't seem to be able to do it as easy any more. My main computer gives me a QR code to scan on my mobile phone but the directions are not clear as to whether I should use my QR reader app or my mobile phone camera. i have not been able to sync my devices because I am having issues signing into my Firefox app on my mobile device. i am just about ready to scrap Firefox on all my devices and start using another browser as it's gotten more difficult to use Firefox. And I would like my old layout for my Windows 11 computer. i do not like the new layout.

When I scan the QR code to connect the phone to the computer to sync the bookmarks etc, the next screen asks for an authenticator code- I don't know which authenticator app I need to use for this step in the process

I have firefox on my home computer, and I finally got the school to allow me to use firefox on the school computer, but when I signed in with the same account, and turned on sync, nothing has changed. All the bookmarks and extensions and stuff is all still the same thing. I even pressed the sync now button, and still nothing happens. Am I doing this wrong? Does anyone know things I should check?

My iPad, my thankfully, my iPhone, which is a 14 Pro Max with iOS 26 and ever since I got it things haven’t worked correctly. Something always goes wrong. My iPad is an iPad Air. That will be two years old this Christmas for some reason there are no passwords in my iPad at all and then I realized yesterday there’s no bookmarks either trying to add them and my phone will crash when you open the Passwords and I have to power off the phone and reset the phone 2-4 times a day same thing with the iPad when things are getting worse as far as not responding to things I clear my history. I delete all my data and the same thing I have to go to general and shut down my iPad for a little while and then reboot it up is the only way to clear things to op around and jump around. A google bot tried to help me wanted me to skip the password. You’re locked out now and there was a code we could use instead take a picture of the code and he’s making me do it with my iPad and then I see it. It’s supposed to be a computer which I don’t have. I am stuck with just a iPad and an iPhone and I went to Reddit and people have ideas and he’s got me with everything off except the top two blue set open and I know that that’s not right I never had just those two before.

Firefox is continuously uploading or backing up then deleting it and then backing it up again over and over I am on a metered connection this is destroying me please help

You can help by letting my sync be turned on so you can see I've only one device and quit asking me to keep signing in a device already signed in . Then you might not be confused about how many devices I'm actually using
