Facebook Games - I get this: "Sorry, your browser does not support this feature. Please use a different browser and try again. " What do I do? - 10/20/2025

Hello. My tablet, has limited memory, due to its age. I am now finding that one of the main reasons why it is so slow is because whenever I open firefox, it opens multiple firefox processes which drain the memory and in some cases crashes the system. I have followed all the advice given to reduce these multiple processes, however nothing seems to work and at least 6-8 firefox processes open each time I open it. I have unchecked the recommended performance settings as well as hardware acceleration boxes. However, I cannot find where to set the content process limit to 1. Please tell me how to do this and if there anything else I can try to stop it opening multiple processes or I may be forced to ditch Firefox altogether for an alternate such as Bing, Chrome or DuckDuckGo. So I deleted my old mozilla account since I abandoned the email that it was linked to, but when I tried to sync with my new account I get this. Is there anyway to do this without having to make a new profile?

I tried making a new profile and copy and pasting my profile into the new one, but still get the same pop up. I guess there's something in my profile that says it's been synced before, is there anyway I can find that and delete it or change it?

As of a few days ago (mid-October 2025), when I'm on an eBay listing page, nothing I click on works. I can navigate to my watchlist, selling pages, etc, so it seems like it's just the listing pages. When I'm on a listing page, if I click on the heart to "watch" an item, nothing happens. If I click on thumbnails in the photos to try and view other images than the main one, nothing happens. The buttons on the right for "Add to Cart", "Buy it Now", etc also do not function. I think it's been about 3 or 4 days since this problem started. I opened a listing page in Chrome and it worked as usual, all the buttons seemed functional.

After the latest Firefox update I've been unable to bring up all the bookmarks I had. I also lost bookmarks on Toolbar. I've followed posted recovery suggestions but haven't had any success retrieving bookmarks. Has this happened to anyone else? What do I do?

I deleted all the shortcuts from Firefox desktop browser's homepage and now I cannot add them back.

There are no blank shortcut icons on the page anymore. No setting to enable them. Shortcuts are enabled. Page is mostly blank, only has Firefox icon.

I tried to close and open Firefox as well as disabling and enabling the shortcut setting. Adding more rows did not do anything.

Before this issue occurred, I had one shortcut on the page that was linking to localhost. I opened the edit window to the shortcut and pasted the same address and saved changes. After that I removed the shortcut. All of the blank tiles immediately got removed from page and I had no way of adding more shortcuts.

Today my Google start up page turned Black. All other sites are normal colors. I tried basically all that I could to keep the background to system settings, no themes and no extensions added except for Image extensions (that I have no issues with). I have Firefox Version 144.0 (64-bit) On a Mac Mini OS 10.15.7

Should I do a Firefox Reset? Please help me with this issue.

I am unable to navigate around some websites beyond the page on which I have landed. The site briefly (split second) looks OK and then gets slightly greyed and no other links on the site are accessible. Examples of sites: https://www.signia.net/en-gb/ https://www.flickr.com/

Mozzila не открывает предыдущую сессию, соответствующая галочка в настройках стоит. Я пробовал разные способы, указанные в часто задаваемых вопросах. В том числе с подменой данных в папке sessionstore-backups: запускал браузер - находил эту папку - вставлял нужный файл .jsonlz4 - перезапускал браузер. В таком случае все мои вкладке были на месте НО после закрытия-открытия браузера сессия снова сбрасывается. При очистке браузера, появлялась кнопка "восстановить предыдущие вкладки", восстановление происходило, НО закрыл-открыл браузер - и снова пусто. Пробовал удалить браузер и установить снова - та же проблема. После запуска, если открыть журнал - в разделе недавно закрытые вкладки, недавняя история поиска - пусто, как будто предыдущей сессии вообще не было. Как исправить эту проблему? Примечание - мои закладки, введённые пароли и расширения на месте.
