I am unable to get Spybot Search and Destroy to immunize Firefox version 25.0.1

I am using version 25.0.1 and Spybot Search and Destroy does not immunize Firefox. Is there a simple reason for this (a setting that needs to be changed)? I have searched the internet but have been unable to find a solution. Many thanks.

Note that your System Details List shows some extensions that try to do the same and thus might interfere.

Cor-El ... thank you so very much for your help! I, in fact, am using all of the programs that you mentioned!! As a follow up question, can I disable these programs, immunize with SpyBot and then reactivate the three programs?

I ask because I assume that all of the programs (SpyBot included) offer different levels of security and I would not want to lose any of their benefits!
