Can not exit Firefox.
Got my computer fixed. All other browsers work fine. Used Firefox always in the past. Used the full page option with Firefox and all options went away. Cannot even exit Firefox. Had to use <ctrl><alt> to invoke the Task Manager to kill Firefox.

Full Screen can be toggled on or off with the F11 key.

Other - You need to update Adobe Shockwave for Director Netscape plug-in, version 11.5 (aka Shockwave Player, not the same as Shockwave Fiash). See your Plugin version in Add-ons > Plugins.

- Download and save Shockwave Player to your hard drive, then close all browsers and run the installer that you downloaded
Note that your Silverlight plugin is also outdated.
