I was having this problem too. After umpteen tries, I finally got help on Pogo chat support. My problem was fixed by uninstalling Java 7 & reverting to 6.27. This is the link I downloaded from: http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp It seemed like I had done that several times but this finally worked. Still can't play using IE but FF seems to be working great. Hope this helps - good luck

I'm sorry - was worth a shot. If you have the time (& patience) you could try Pogo's live chat support. I think you can get to them at http://help.ea.com They don't make it easy. Good luck I know how frustrating it is.
