on certen websights a screen comes up and says untrusted connection than asks me if I want to get out of it and I was trying to pay for aahotel by verified by visa and it came up and I had to go through the process also it says the certificate is expiried

I have been having problem with my desk top since they the mother board was replaced  on some web sights a screen comes up and says certificate has expired and an untrusted connection and I have the choice of get me out of here or to have to click I understand the risks and when I was trying to pay for a hotel by verified by visa it came up and I had to go through the whole process an it is very inconvenient  and it it so only on my desk top
