I Can NOT see the messages at all - even the email address of who sent it. All I can see on Thunderbird is the number of messages in a folder so they are being downloaded. I am glad they are staying on the webmail. Right now, I am using webmail. There is NO way I can read who is trying to contact me or read what they want from Thunderbird currently.

Try clicking View>layout and see what is set there. If nothing, click either classic, wide, or vertical. Posting a screenshot may help. thank you
