I am tryinmg to pay a fee with my credit card, through PayPal. By following instructions I am now here. I don't know what my next step is, or if I haver gotten to the right place. Can you help me?

I am trying to pay a bill to ceyouny, for a seminar I will be attending online. Instructions indicate I can pay it by my VISA card or by PayPal. I hit the icon to pay by credit card. I involve Firefox, believing, from the instructions, that is how to authentic myself with PayPal for using that card. and am shunted into PayPal. I enter PayPal, using my PayPal password. To authenticate myself (?) I take a photo of a square code and enter a number sent to my email. I am now, as a result, involved in this interaction with Firefox, I don't know if I am in the right place, or what to do next. Can you help me?
