import outlook folders - getting message "No Profile Found"

Import them from where? What did you do to make you profile copy you are importing? (I am assuming you are importing.)

I have no idea what "folders" you are talking about. I know exactly what you tell me and right now it is not very much.

Same problem over here.

New Thunderbird installation, I have major problems with outlook not wanting to connect to my servers etc.

Set up Thunderbird, connecting right out of the box on first try. So that's great.

I'm now trying to import all my accounts and mail out of Outlook. and continu with Thunderbird.

I think the OP is referring to the mail folders you can make in outlook.

When I select "import from Outlook" I also get a "No profile found" error.

I have outlook installed using it for years.. I do notice it sometimes refers to itself as outlook 365.. but it is still outlook..

For clarity I’m using an outlook version prior to or just starting office 365.? It’s version 2608 (build 20326.20132 plug and play) Microsoft® Outlook® voor Microsoft 365 MSO (Versie 2608 Build 16.0.20326.20072) 32 bits.

it does support IMAP and POP because I’m using it on other mail accounts and I can connect with it, normally without problems.
