Is there a way to make control-shift-t prioritize tabs over windows?

I recently discovered that the shortcut control-shift-t will reopen recently closed windows as well as recently closed tabs, and that recently closed windows take priority over recently closed tabs. This isn't particularly convenient for how I tend to use multiple tabs and windows, and I would like to find a way to change the priority so that a recently closed tab would be reopened before a recently closed window. Alternatively, if there's a separate command that will only reopen recently closed tabs, that would be useful instead.

Unfortunately, there isn't a shortcut in that list that solves my issue.
