after update disappeared all passwords and bookmarks.. without any warning.. How that could happen??!!

Hi there, after update disappeared all logins and passwords and all bookmarks.. without any warning.. How that could happen??!! I cannot believe such thing could happen at all, not to mention without any warning or any auto saving of bookmarks... How could Mozilla just delete all my bookmarks and logins and passwords.. There is no file saved and computer bin is empty.. Cool.. And it offers to import bookmarks only from Explorer or Chrome.. But Mozilla was my default browser so I have no bookmarks in Explorer or Chrome...
