Uninstall firefox not working

Hello, 

Uninstall for Firefox does not work.

When I try to uninstall a "refresh" window opens. 

I do not want to refresh, just uninstall.

Whatever process I try yields the same result.

Have you tried logging in as admin to get'er done? You could also try with Windows in Safe Mode.

Hi Ben, the window offering the refresh option should also have a button to continue with the uninstall.
