Email print issues

I am on Windows 10 and Mozilla Thunderbird, Toshiba laptop. I've had TB installed over 3 years and never an issue. Suddenly, I can not print emails. I go to print and the print screen is blank, as well as print preview. I have not changed a setting...just happened out of the blue. I can print any web page, and even any attachment to an email page. But the email body is a blank at print preview. Is reinstalling TB a good idea? Thanks everyone!

What's the TB version? First thing to try is a reset: Options/Advanced/General/Config. editor, right-click print_printer, Reset, restart TB.

Printer settings sometimes get affected when W10 does a major update, such as 1909 to 2004. Removing and re-installing the printer might help.
