Shopping channel site being blocked

Just in the last 2 weeks, QVC (which I have had on all of my computers for years as a bookmark) is now being blocked with a message saying access denied. This is the ONLY site out of all I use being blocked. Can anybody tell me why this is happening? I can use my Amazon fire tablet or phone and it works perfectly on them.

There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connection certificates and send their own.
