Mail corruption upon downloading to Local Folders

I seem to be having a problem when I backup emails locally from IMAP folders. They appear with no subject or content and they all revert to the date they were backed up. This has happened on 2 occasions. Most of the time it works ok. I have tried Repair folder function and also removing the *.msf file but neither of these have made any difference. Screenshot attached

What happens if you do this:

  • Click on the far right 'Select columns to display' icon
  • select 'Reset columns to default' from drop down menu.
