I can't get my student account on canvas to load so I was told to download firefox but even though I just updated it from 10.10 to 10.13 it still won't let me download it.

The user agent your browser has says Mac 10.8. I'm not sure why that is, you did install the update, correct?

I'd suggest Making sure the update was fully installed, and then going to https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ to download and install the correct version of Firefox
