master password lost ect not working with any of your formats ...actually all pw's lost & email links are not being received how can i make it all disappear & start all over again like reset thx nelson m.

Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files(x86)

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 57.0.4 with a Full Version Installer
