i am unable to see my accounts and password in the Logins

I am Using fire fox for quite some time now and i had save a lot of ID and Password , but suddenly one day i cannot see a single password , i see that there is a logins.json file , but its Encrypted .

is there a way to recover my passwords ?

I don't remember my various Login ID's and i am ending creating new account for may websites

and i think Twitter and Instagram accounts have been compromised.

please help me in recovering my ID and password.

If u had cleared the cache then it will all reset all passwords.and if u want all accouts password back just go and forgot password..
