I can frequently produce orange box "Urgent - Update Firefox" by clicking https://weather.com/weather/today/l/34242:4:US and Weather in Motion
While searching for a solution to the "orange box Urgent Update" problem I noticed Firefox wanted to know if a user could duplicate the problem on a recurring basis. Hence the above in the hope it will help.
