How do I get to SSL Protocol Versions to enable “SSL Version 2,” “SSL Version 3,” and “TLS” ?

I was given this instruction but I can not follow it since my privacy and security tabs are separate and mention nothing about SSL. • Select “Edit” • Select “Preferences” • Select “Privacy and Security” • Select “SSL”

Those instructions obviously are obsolete. Are you getting an error message accessing the site in Firefox? What is the message? Sometimes you need to click an Advanced button to get the full details.
