unable to receive e mail from one person,always have up until today,she can receive my email but i cannot see her respones or a e mail she writes

Up until 2 days ago I have always been able to receive e mails from my sister. Either responses to my e mail or e mail the she created. now she can receive mail from me but I do not get her reply or any new email. when she sends me mail she does not get any error messages saying mail undeliverable. This problem only occurs with this one person

Log into your account on your providers server using a browser. Are the missing messages there? Thunderbird downloads messages that are in the Inbox for your account on your providers server. It has not control over what the provider does with them.
